I finally looked up the actual employment stats for disabled adults in my state
Found out from the Bureau of Labor Statistics that only about 19% of disabled people in Minnesota have a job, which is way lower than I assumed. Everyone talks about inclusion goals but nobody mentions how stagnant these numbers have been for a decade. Has anyone else dug into their local stats and felt blindsided?

Walk into any mall or grocery store and you see the same thing - hardly any disabled folks out and about, which makes those numbers feel pretty real. How does your state compare to others you've looked at?
