Walked past the same curb cut for 6 months before I realized how much it mattered

I never thought about curb cuts before my brother broke his leg last year. Now I push him around town and that one curb cut on Main Street near the coffee shop is always blocked by a delivery van. Had to lift him over the curb twice last week. Never noticed how many sidewalk cracks are wide enough to catch a wheel either. How do people in chairs deal with this stuff every single day without losing their minds?

Called my buddy who uses a chair. He told me to just complain to the city.
