Took me 4 hours to figure out why my emulsion kept washing out of the screen
Back when I started coating screens in my buddy's shed in Tucson, I kept losing the stencil every time I rinsed it, and I blamed the emulsion for weeks. Turned out my shop light was too bright and I was basically cooking the screen before it ever hit the sun, so the unexposed parts washed away too. Swapped to a $12 yellow bug light from the hardware store and the whole thing cleared up in one afternoon. Anyone else waste half a day chasing the wrong culprit on a simple burn?
