Honestly, they've been eyeballing the samples instead of using the scale. Tbh, last week we nearly dumped contaminated spoil because the reading was off. Ngl, management didn't catch it and now we're behind on paperwork. We gotta stop this before we fail an inspection or worse.

That's seriously messed up and dangerous. Cutting corners like that could actually hurt someone or wreck the environment. That's how people get hurt.

Yeah, @lucasg42 is right, that kind of shortcut can screw everything. Did your supervisor brush you off when you said something, or are they just pretending it's fine?
