Question about those $30 corner trowels from the big box store
I grabbed one last week thinking it would speed up a bathroom job. The first corner went okay, but on the second one the metal flexed so much it put a huge ridge right down the seam. I had to stop, scrape it all out, and redo it by hand like usual. Has anyone found a corner tool that actually holds its shape, or is it just a waste of cash?

My buddy Jake had the same problem with his Marshalltown corner trowel. It bent on the third corner and he just threw it in the trash.
