The finisher in Tulsa said mud the corners last and it saved me a full day
When I started hanging board on a 2,400 sq ft house out in Broken Arrow, the finisher on the crew, a guy named Ray, told me to always run my corners last no matter what the plans showed. I thought he was just old school and ignored him on the first room. Ended up with a hairline crack in the corner after two coats and had to redo it. Ray just laughed and said "bet you wish you'd listened" so now I hang my butt joints first and save the corners for the end. Any of you got a finisher who gave you a tip like that, and did it actually hold up?
