Serious question, has anyone else tried the 30-minute sheet pan chicken vs. the 45-minute one-pot pasta?

I made the pasta last Tuesday and it took way longer with all the stirring, but the chicken just goes in the oven at 400 degrees and you're done. The cleanup difference is huge, like one pan versus a pot, a spoon, and a cutting board. Which one do you guys think is actually faster for a real busy night?
