Serious question, I just realized I've made the same 15-minute pasta dish 50 times this year.

It's just a box of penne, a jar of marinara, and a bag of frozen meatballs, but hitting that number made me wonder if I'm in a serious dinner rut and need some new ideas that are just as fast.

You ever see that study on how people who take real breaks between tasks last way longer? @roberts.aaron, fifty times straight sounds like a one-way ticket to crashing hard. I read something about our brains needing that reset time, even if it's just five minutes to stare at a wall. Pushing through without any pause is how you end up totally fried. It's not about being tough, it's about being smart with your energy.

Read something similar about ultradian rhythms, basically our brains work in 90 minute cycles before needing a short break. Makes total sense why grinding nonstop backfires.
