A lesson from a long day tracing circuits
I used to hate taking time to document as I worked. But after one job that dragged on for hours, I see how it pays off. My diagrams are now a lifesaver.

Always seems to work out that way, doesn't it? Skipping the little steps to save time just makes the whole thing take longer later.

Tell me about it. I tried to paint a room without taping the trim first to save an hour. Ended up spending three hours cleaning up sloppy edges with a tiny brush. Last week I skipped checking my tire pressure because I was late, got a flat on the highway and lost the whole afternoon. It's like a law of the universe.
