I hit 500 panel changes without a single call back and people think that's normal

Everyone in my local union hall acts like 500 commercial panel swaps with zero call backs is just standard work. I disagree. That number surprised me because I keep a detailed log in a binder going back to 2017. Each one was in a different building around Pittsburgh, from old strip malls to new office suites. What made it matter is I follow a strict routine - double check torque specs on every lug, label every breaker, and take photos before I close the panel up. Most guys rush through this stuff and end up fixing loose neutrals a month later. Has anyone else tracked their call back ratio like this and found it way lower than you expected?

Hell, I'm impressed you can even find a binder you started in 2017 - mine's probably buried under three years of coffee spills and fast food wrappers somewhere in my truck.

And somehow that binder probably still looks cleaner than my glove compartment after a fast-food breakfast burrito exploded in there. At this point I'm just afraid of WHAT I'll find if I ever actually clean my truck out.
