Just realized I hit 500 unread emails last Thursday and had a total freakout

Unsubscribed from every mailing list I didn't actually read and set up filters to sort the rest automatically. Took an afternoon but cut my inbox clutter by like 70 percent. Now I just scan the filtered folders once a week and delete without guilt.
