My neighbor said her grandma's secret was always using a food processor for pie crust, but I think that's wrong.

I mean, my aunt swears by her food processor for biscuits and they always turn out weirdly tough. Maybe it just overworks the dough too fast compared to doing it by hand. Idk, I'm sticking with my pastry cutter.

My friend tried that once and her crust came out like cardboard. She went back to using her hands right after.
