Realized I'd been paying for car insurance extras I didn't need for 3 years
I was going through my policy renewal in December and actually read the fine print for once. Turns out I was paying an extra $45 a month for rental car coverage and roadside assistance I never used once. My buddy who's an agent in Nashville pointed out that my credit card already covers rental cars and I've got AAA through work. Has anyone else found hidden charges or useless add-ons in their insurance that they just blindly paid for?

Well, some of us actually use those extras and consider them worth the peace of mind.

heard a podcast the other day where some expert said like 60% of people never even use the extra insurance features they pay for. just wild how much peace of mind really costs when you break it down over a year.
