Yeah the "pizza crust" thing hits. Read somewhere that Ohio freeze-thaw cycles are brutal on thin bases. Water gets under, freezes, lifts everything up. Two inches of gravel is basically nothing for drainage or support. That cracked slab probably had a soft spot underneath too.

man that "trapped air in the module" part is exactly what happened to my buddy jake on his 05. he did the whole bleed sequence twice with his autel, even pulled the calipers off again to check the banjo washers. spent a whole saturday cussing at it. finally found a youtube video about doing a live data reset with the scan tool while the pedal was held down. module burped out a bunch of air and the pedal firmed right up in like two minutes. he said he felt like an idiot for not trying that first but at least it worked.

Yeah I was the same way honestly. I always figured those library scanning setups were just for people with like, serious document needs or whatever. But then I had to scan a whole bunch of old family recipes my grandma wrote by hand and the app made them look so clean you could actually read her handwriting clear as day. I use it now for all sorts of random stuff too, like manuals and even some artwork my kid brings home. Never thought I'd be that person but here we are.
