Appreciation post: A client's complaint about my vinyl plank cuts made me rethink my whole method.
I was finishing a big job in a Denver condo and the owner pointed out that my cuts along the kitchen island looked 'choppy' and not like the smooth, clean lines she saw online. I had always used a jigsaw for those tight spots, but after she said that, I spent a weekend practicing with an oscillating tool and a new blade. Has anyone else switched up their main cutting tool after getting a specific piece of feedback?

Honestly, that feedback would've made me rethink my whole process too.

Wait, rethink the whole process? I'd probably just fix the one thing they pointed out.
