My food truck generator died during lunch rush last Saturday
Had 8 orders lined up and the power went out mid-cook, so I had to refund everyone and drive home with a cooler full of raw chicken.

The raw chicken part is rough." That reminds me of my buddy who ran a snow cone truck in July and his ice machine died. He ended up handing out warm syrup to kids who looked ready to cry.
