Serious question, has anyone else noticed breakfast trucks getting worse over the past 5 years?
I used to hit up a cart in Portland that had the best breakfast burritos from 2018 to 2021, then the guy retired and now every truck around here uses frozen potatoes instead of fresh. What happened to the days when they actually cooked things from scratch?
