Went to the new dog park on Elm Street yesterday...

Biggest waste of gravel I've ever seen. They put those tiny sharp rocks everywhere instead of grass or mulch. My dog's paws were raw after 10 minutes. Who thought that was a good surface for running dogs?

Uhh actually I think they WERE using mulch but it got rained out and washed away last week. The gravel was a temp fix but yeah it's awful for paws. My neighbor's dog wouldn't even walk on it.

jasons63 nailed it. That mulch washed out fast, but the gravel was a terrible quick fix. Tbh they should have just closed the park for a week and put down proper sod instead.
