Heads up about that new 'crackle' frit everyone's been trying
I thought it was just a bad batch, but after 3 tries it kept causing micro-fractures in my pieces... turns out you have to anneal it at a 50 degree lower temp than the label says. Anyone else run into this?

Ugh, yes! I just lost a whole set of pendants to that stuff. I was ready to throw the jar out the window. My kiln looked like a tiny crime scene, just glittery dust everywhere. I finally called the supplier and they mumbled something about a "slight formula change." A slight change? My work was exploding! Dropping the anneal temp was the only thing that saved my sanity.

Did they even test the new stuff before selling it?
