Heads up about the guest lounge at the Phoenix airport, Terminal 4

I was there yesterday and the whole place was packed, with people sitting on the floor because every single seat was taken, so has anyone found a better spot to wait in that terminal?

People were sitting on the floor? That's a complete mess for a paid lounge. The whole point is to avoid that terminal chaos. Honestly, you might have better luck just finding a quiet gate farther down the concourse. At least then you can claim a whole row of seats. The lounge situation there has really gone downhill.
