We are looking to set up an annual contract for our new house in Sandy Springs. We want coverage for termites, general bugs, and maybe mosquito treatments in the summer. I've narrowed it down to Monitor Pest Control and Peachtree Pest Control based on local recommendations. Has anyone used either of these? How do their services and prices compare?

I actually got quotes from both of them when we moved in. Peachtree is okay, but they felt a bit too corporate and the guy tried to upsell me on a bunch of attic insulation stuff I didn't need. Monitor Pest Control was way more straightforward. We ended up going with Monitor for our termite bait stations and quarterly sprays, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Good to know about the upselling! I absolutely hate when service techs act like commissioned car salesmen. Sounds like Monitor is the better bet for just getting the actual pest problem handled without the hassle.

We used Peachtree for a year but switched to Monitor Pest Control recently. We had a recurring issue with rodents in our crawlspace that the first company just couldn't seem to solve permanently. Monitor came out, found the actual entry points, sealed them up, and we haven't seen a mouse since. Their attention to detail is definitely a step above.
