Unpopular opinion: Good scrambled eggs come from low heat, not fast cooking.
My eggs were always dry until I started cooking them slow and easy.

Saw a food writer say dry scrambled eggs are a crime against breakfast. They argued low heat and constant stirring makes all the difference. Ever try that method?
