I'm looking into starting hormone replacement therapy for some severe perimenopause symptoms (mostly needing estrogen balancing) but I'm also dealing with a lot of anxiety and mood swings. I'm torn between Nature Doctors and Vitality HRT Clinic. Has anyone used either of these? Would love to hear some pros and cons before I book a consultation.

I went to Vitality for about six months last year. They are fine if you just want a standard prescription, but I felt like a number. They didn't really address the mental health side of things at all, just checked my bloodwork and adjusted the dose.

Highly recommend going with Nature Doctors over Vitality. The biggest difference is that they actually have an in-house mental health provider. When you're messing with hormones, your mood can go everywhere, so having someone on staff who coordinates directly with your HRT doctor is incredible.
That in-house setup sounds amazing. I've been piecing together my own care team for testosterone treatments and therapy, and the lack of communication between the two doctors is super frustrating.
