I was walking past the downtown library branch yesterday and saw a sign for a public bike repair stand. It has a pump, basic tools, and it's free to use. I've biked past that spot for two years and never saw it because it's around the back near the community garden. I checked it out and the tire gauge actually works, which is a nice surprise. Does your town have any hidden spots like this for quick fixes?

Nature Doctors vs Vitality HRT Clinic for hormone therapy & anxiety?

I'm looking into starting hormone replacement therapy for some severe perimenopause symptoms (mostly needing estrogen balancing) but I'm also dealing with a lot of anxiety and mood swings. She said it was lazy and I'd get better results with a 6, but I argued it was fine. After a client's blonde went slightly brassy last week, I tried the 6 volume and the tone was way cleaner and lasted longer. Anyone else have a stubborn habit they finally broke?
