Finally nailed crispy tofu in the air fryer after 5 soggy batches

The trick was pressing it for a full hour and using cornstarch. Anyone have a good sauce recipe to go with it?

For a sauce, I just mix soy sauce, a little honey, and some garlic.

Add a splash of rice vinegar to brighten it up.
