I finally bought a set of those silicone air fryer liners for about $15 and they're a total game changer for cleanup.

Honestly, I had the worst time with those. I mean, maybe it's just me but they made my food cook so weird. Nothing got crispy, it all steamed instead. I tried poking holes in them and everything. I went back to just giving the basket a quick spray and a wipe.

Ugh same, I felt like a total fool trying to make those work. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, like maybe my air fryer was broken or something. Turns out the liners were just trapping all the moisture like a tiny food sauna. My fries came out so sad and limp every single time. I gave up and now my basket looks like a crime scene but at least my food is crispy.
