Vent: My kale chip mess ended with a happy surprise
They burned black every time, but a cooler setting worked. Now they're CRUNCHY and gone fast.

What temp did you try baking yours at? I had to drop mine way down to like 250 and watch them like a hawk, lol. They go from perfect to a pile of green dust in like 30 seconds.

My third batch finally didn't set off the smoke detector (small victories). Now I have to hide them from my roommates if I want any left.
