Come on now! I mean, cellulose is in a bunch of food stuff anyway, like that powder on shredded cheese. It's just plant fiber, right? A few bits in your lunch won't kill you, and tossing a whole meal seems wasteful. Maybe just brush off the big chunks and eat it, idk. We've all eaten worse by accident and been fine.
