Found my old star trail prints from a decade ago
I was sorting through some boxes and found prints from my first tries with a film camera. It's funny how much time we spent waiting for film to develop compared to instant digital shots now. What old gear or method do you miss from your early days?

My uncle used to have this ancient light meter he swore by, the kind with the little dial you had to spin. He'd spend minutes getting the reading just right before even lifting his camera. Now we just point and trust the screen. There's something about that slow, careful process that made each shot feel more important, you know? What's a piece of gear you had to actually learn to use that you kind of miss?

Remember my buddy's darkroom phase? He still talks about the smell of hypo like it's some lost magic.
