Hot take: My car quitting on me started a debate about tiny turnarounds
So my car gave up on the highway this morning, which was awesome. While I was waiting, some random person stopped to help and we had a nice chat. I hear people say you should never expect help from others, but that small moment completely saved my day. What do you think, are little wins like that enough or do you need bigger changes to feel better?

Totally, a podcast said small wins build up to real happiness more than waiting for big stuff.

It's funny how we're taught to chase huge milestones but the tiny good moments actually keep us going.

Remember my buddy's bike chain snapped in the rain last week. Some guy in a truck just loaded the bike in back and drove him home. Those small acts are the real glue, they fix more than just the flat tire or the dead battery.
