Serious question, my aunt in Phoenix said to stop kneading my pie dough by hand and use a food processor, and after 4 batches she was right
I fought her on it for months because it felt like cheating, but the crust stopped shrinking and stayed flaky every single time, so now I want to know if anyone else switched tools and never looked back.
