I finally baked my 100th loaf of sourdough and the milestone loaf was a complete pancake.

After 99 attempts (some good, some truly awful), number 100 somehow forgot to rise at all, which felt like a cosmic joke from my starter, Frank. Has anyone else had a big baking milestone go hilariously wrong?

Totally, he went from being a fun mess to just a sad sack. Remember when he'd pull those dumb pranks on the mailman? Now he just mopes in the break room complaining about his bad back. Feels like the writers forgot how to write his kind of funny.
