Vent: That guy who told me to flip my brisket with a pitchfork at a competition in Memphis
He actually handed me a rusty pitchfork from his truck and said 'my grandpa used this for 40 years' and I just stood there holding it while my $800 brisket sat on the smoker wondering if this was a joke or a real technique.
