I finally binged The Leftovers in one weekend and it wrecked me

Damn, that show really gets under your skin. I binged it last year and couldn't shake it for weeks. What helped me was actually talking it out with a friend who watched it too, even just to vent about how confused I was. I also rewatched the first season a few months later, caught a ton of stuff I missed the first time. It made the whole thing hit less heavy, you know, like I finally saw the patterns.

Man that's exactly how I felt. Couldn't sleep right for three days after finishing it. Talking to someone who gets it is key though, even if you're just yelling about the plot holes. Rewatching is smart too. I picked up on so much foreshadowing the second time around. Made me realize the first watch was just about surviving the experience. Glad you found your way through it. Some shows just hit different and you gotta process them on your own time.
