Pro tip: Don't fall for those "watch parties" on sketchy streaming sites
I spent 6 hours organizing a watch party for the new season of Stranger Things on a site that promised no ads and HD quality. Turns out it was a phishing scam that locked up my browser and tried to steal my credit card info. Has anyone else almost lost their login details to those fake streaming sites?

Hang on, gotta push back a little here. I've actually had some decent luck with those sketchy watch party sites (yes, really). The last one I used for the season premiere was so smooth I forgot it wasn't official - no lag, no pop-ups, and they even had a chat feature that wasn't full of bots. @ben827's antivirus might be too sensitive, you know? Not every site is out to get you; sometimes it's just a guy hosting streams for free because he's a fan. I mean, six hours is rough, but maybe that site was legit and your browser just glitched.

Dude that SUCKS. I almost fell for one of those too until my antivirus started screaming at me. Seriously feel for you wasting all that time though, what a nightmare.
