Bought a cheap ultrasonic cleaner for welding tips, now I kick myself for hand scrubbing for years

Picked up a $45 ultrasonic cleaner off Amazon last week just for my MIG and TIG nozzles. First run with some degreaser and hot water, the carbon and spatter just fell off in 15 minutes. I used to spend an hour with a wire brush and tip dip every single day, and half that time was fighting the buildup in the threads. Now I toss all my tips and diffusers in after each shift and they come out looking almost new. Anyone else using one for your consumables, or am I just late to the party on this one?

Thought it was a gimmick for years, figured a brush and some elbow grease did the same thing. Then I ran my first batch through one and saw threads come out clean that I'd been fighting for months. Now I just set it and forget it after every shift.
