Why does nobody talk about how a single spoiler can derail a whole book club?
Last month, someone blurted out the ending of 'Project Hail Mary' before our meeting, and half the group just stopped reading. We had to pivot to a completely different book, 'Klara and the Sun', which actually sparked a better debate about AI ethics. Has anyone else had to salvage a meeting after a major spoiler?

Our group lost three members after a spoiler for 'The Silent Patient'. What's the actual rule in your club about when spoilers are okay, like after the meeting date?
