Just read that the average American spends over $3,000 a year on impulse buys, which is wild because my coffee app showed me I spent $87 on lattes last month alone.

You mean the one where you write down every coffee and snack? I tried that last month and my own list got so depressing I stopped by day three. It was just a sad column of convenience store charges and regret. Felt like getting a report card on my bad habits.
