I thought the whole 'track your mood with a color code' thing was silly until I saw a full year of my own blues and yellows laid out.
After six months of using a simple green for good, yellow for okay, and blue for low days in my weekly spread, I finally flipped back and the pattern of blues every time I had a big job estimate due was impossible to ignore, so has anyone else had a tracker reveal something that obvious?

It's crazy how those little marks add up to show you the truth! I used to just feel generally tired every Wednesday, but my own tracker showed it was the day after my weekly grocery trip without fail. Seeing it on paper made me realize the errand itself was draining my energy, not the work day after. Now I order groceries for pickup and my Wednesdays are solidly green.

Oh wow, that's actually a really clear way to see a stress trigger. Makes me want to check my own tracker for stuff like that.
