I thought tracking water intake in my bullet journal was pointless...

I kept seeing people add these fancy water trackers to their weekly spreads and I figured it was just another trend to make the journal look pretty (you know, like those elaborate habit trackers). But after two weeks of ignoring it I noticed I was getting headaches by 2pm every day, so I finally tried a simple check box for 8 glasses. Has anyone else found that something they wrote off as 'too much' actually helped with something unexpected?

My sister actually had the same problem with headaches and started leaving a glass of water on her nightstand so she'd chug it first thing. @oscarh16 that doodle idea is funny though, maybe I'll try that instead of my boring check boxes.

Oh man, I was the exact same way. I literally drew a little water bottle doodle in my journal and then promptly forgot to drink water for three days, but at least my bullet journal looked pretty while I was dehydrated.
