The week my tracker fell apart and so did my routine

Last Tuesday I was feeling great, had my daily boxes all filled in perfect for 18 days straight. Then Thursday hit and I forgot to even open my journal because my kid got sick and I stayed up until 3am. By Friday I had three blank days staring at me and I just shut the whole thing. How do you guys get back on track after a big gap without starting a whole new spread?

Three blank days after my streak ended and I just threw my whole planner in the trash.

Is missing three days really worth throwing out your whole system? A blank page is just a blank page, you can fill it in later or just skip those days and keep going. Life happens, the tracker is supposed to help you not stress you out.
