Heard a realtor say buyers skip listings with bad landscaping

She was talking to a friend at Home Depot and said curb appeal can knock $20k off an offer easy. Has anyone else noticed this actually happening or is it just sellers panicking?

Did you catch that piece someone did on urban rewilding costs, @rivera.jesse? I remember hearing landscaping projects can get wild with fees for native plant work, though twenty grand still sounds steep to me.
