My new immersion circulator flooded the kitchen last Sunday night
I got home late from a double shift, set up a salmon bath at 130 degrees, and passed out. Woke up to water all over the floor because the clamp slipped off the pot. Anyone else have a circulator just decide to take a swim on its own?

Honestly, @jade226 you're not wrong, but I blame my sleepy brain more than the clamp. Ngl, my salmon bath turned into a free floor mopping session at 3 AM. At least the fish was perfectly cooked while my kitchen flooded.
