Tried a bamboo toothbrush for a month and ended up with a plastic one again
I gave bamboo toothbrushes a solid 30 days thinking I'd cut down on waste, but mine got moldy after week two and the bristles fell out. Anyone else find these things just don't hold up in a humid bathroom?

...or maybe it's working exactly how it's supposed to. People see a dead bug in something that's supposed to be sealed and they freak out, but what if that spider was actually a sign the batch worked? It got in and died, meaning the bag did its job at keeping everything else out. @davis.mia is right that bad luck happens, but one dead bug doesn't mean the whole thing is ruined. Three weeks is a long time and if the spider was just sitting there dried out, the lettuce was probably fine to eat. You're acting like it's a crime scene when it's just nature doing its thing.
