inPSA: I chose a $40 Klein non-contact voltage tester over the cheaper generic one for a job in a 1920s Boston brownstone last Tuesday.
Yeah, that's exactly why I switched to Fluke after getting burned once... having that paper trail saved me in a dispute last year.
