Wasted $150 on a coding bootcamp course that I could have learned for free on YouTube
The fancy platform promised job ready skills in 8 weeks but 3 modules in I realized the exact same content was available in a 2 hour playlist, has anyone else fallen for overpriced beginner courses?

150 bucks for a playlist you could have watched for free... man, that stings. I almost dropped $200 on a "premium" JavaScript bootcamp last year, but got suspicious when the free preview was literally a guy reading off the same MDN docs I already had bookmarked. The whole "job ready in 8 weeks" pitch is just marketing fluff, most of those places repackage free resources and slap a fancy logo on it.

@davidwright saved me from buying a "pro" learning course once. Found free YouTube vids instead.
