Took me three months to figure out my espresso grind was off by just one click

I got a new grinder back in January and kept pulling shots that were way too fast or too slow. After swapping beans and cleaning everything twice, I finally realized I was one click off from the sweet spot on the dial. Three months of bad espresso over one tiny adjustment! Has anyone else spent way too long chasing a grind setting that was right under your nose?

And here I thought I was just bad at making coffee turns out I was only a TINY twist away from glory. At least we both learned that espresso is basically rocket science in a tiny metal box.

One click off for three months. That's basically a masterclass in stubbornness. At least you didn't have to buy a whole new machine.
