My dive knife collection finally has a proper display case after years in a box
I gathered dive knives from various jobs over the past decade. They just sat in a box, collecting dust and rust. Last month, I decided to build a glass display case. I measured, cut the wood, and installed lighting to highlight each piece. Now, each knife is visible and tells a story from underwater work. It's a small victory, but seeing them displayed brings back good memories. My home office feels more like my own space now.

Ever hear about knives used in emergency cuts? My buddy's dive knife has a deep notch in the blade. He got snarled in old fishing line during a cave dive. Line was tightening around his air hose real bad. He sawed through it just in time, hands shaking. That knife sits on his desk now, a quiet reminder.

That "quiet reminder" hits hard. @blair396, the worn ones tell the real stories.

Which knife has the wildest backstory from your underwater jobs? I bet some of those have seen seriously weird stuff, like getting tangled in old nets or prying something open in a tight spot. The one with the most wear probably has the best tale.
