Had a client tell me 'just make it work' is a terrible service model, and honestly, they're right.

Right? @amymason I had a client once ask for "more pop" on a logo, which just meant make it brighter green. Could have been way worse, like asking for Comic Sans lol. At least it was a fix I could actually do.
