inMy commute went from 45 minutes to 32 minutes after one simple fix
Wait, your bike tires barely touch pavement for three blocks? That sounds like you're floating or something. How do you even keep balance on trolley tracks without eating it every time? I'm shook you found a path that smooth in an industrial park.

inHonestly, the number of guys I see not checking for buried lines before they dig a post hole is wild.
Cutting a live power line is insanely dangerous" is probably the understatement of the year. I read somewhere that even pros use rubber gloves and testers before touching anything. @kai602 sounds like your neighbor read a YouTube tutorial and thought "how hard can it be." Hope he's okay and didn't take the whole block with him.

inTrenched a cable through a sprinkler line last Tuesday
...so I had a buddy who did the exact same thing last month. He was trenching for some landscape lights and hit a main irrigation line. Water was shooting straight up like 8 feet. I think the homeowner was more mad about the water bill than the repair cost honestly.

inHostel in Barcelona had a secret free breakfast hack last month
Found a hostel once in Barcelona where the "free breakfast" was basically half a baguette and a sad-looking jar of jam hidden behind the front desk. They acted like they were doing me a massive favor too, like I'd stumbled on some secret menu or something. Honestly just made me feel like a beggar more than a guest, you know?

inI always thought the old rule of thumb for tube expansion was just shop talk.
@wendy205 nailed it though... those old timers figured all this stuff out through trial and error, not some fancy software. Funny how we keep rediscovering the same tricks they had in those tattered manuals from the 70s.
